Painting

After many years painting landscapes and seascapes and now I would like to try working in abstract forms, still organic and earth grown shapes. 

I have for a long-time drawn doodler-like patterns with coloured texta, worked into floral shapes and flowing out of the page. Now I have painted some.

I still love to create images of the local landscape; the vastness and colour will always fascinate me. The landscapes in the fire ravaged Harcourt and mt Alexander area caught my attention and offer a challenge to paint.
