Screen Printing & Textiles

My mother Win's love of home decoration inspired an endeavour to learn how fabrics were designed and made by hand. From teaching secondary art and studying a textile course, a fulfilling teaching career at RMIT followed.

Now, as one of an art education team in Bendigo, we develop and deliver engaging, collection related programs for children through to seniors. This evolving community connection nourishes my own textile design practise and prints workshop program for the region’s artistic explorers.

Our beautiful back yard studio has given me the space to print, make, experiment, draw, deliberate, embroider, practise and ultimately escape. Equally as energising, is working closely with people and small business’ to make product for sale from my hand made fabric.
