Painting

I’ve painted most of my life, with breaks to raise a family, but my artistic vision and passion for art has been a driving force to where I am today.

As a child, I travelled the Wimmera with my grandfather, watching him paint and knowing that’s what I wanted to do. In 2023, my husband and I spent a year traveling Australia in a rooftop tent, giving me the chance to paint a diverse range of landscapes almost daily. This led to my first solo exhibition in 2024 at Dudley House in Bendigo.

Since then, I’ve made a conscious decision to prioritise my art. I now dedicate regular time to painting and developing my practice. I'm excited for my next solo exhibition, opening in February at Omari in White Hills.

Visitors to my Longlea studio can enjoy light refreshments including homemade cake and a glass of bubbly.
